Tell me about xanga?
Xanga is SO OLD! but it's just a blog spot. Everyone can read it or no one. yes you can make friends on it but if you only want people youi know reading it, blog on myspace. ...
Reply:ok first off delete your account, i used to have one and i did not know everyone can read all the info you enter including the personal info, myspace and facebook are way safer
Reply:its not as good as play station but its better than Atari....does that help?
Reply:If you are a child, it's stupid. Don't bother wasting your time learning about it.

If you are a parent, make sure your child isn't posting personal information. Otherwise, trust that they will make the right decisions, I'm sure you've raised them to tell right from wrong.

If you are a parent who has been asked to create a Xanga, say no, you will realize that it is stupid. Also say that you've lived without it, the want of it is unnecessary.
Reply:Be careful about personal info.

Xanga (ZANG-uh) is an Internet Web host that provides its users (community) with access to their own online diaries and journals (often called blogs). A person who belongs to the Xanga community is called a "Xangan". If someone has a Web blog on Xanga, they are being referred to as "having a Xanga." Xanga services are most popular with youth and young adults. Along with its popularity among younger people, Xanga has been mentioned in major news publications worldwide as many law enforcement agencies believe that many of the 91 percent of some 40 million users aged 13 to 29 are revealing too much personal information about themselves on Xanga journals.
Reply:It's pretty lame. I used to have one, but switched over to facebook. It's a million billion times better! More people, safer, funner. Check it out.
Reply:I have Xanga since I made tons of friends in College that have it, and its a great way to keep in touch.... and hear about their every day happenings. As for making friends on Xanga.... I have a few, but I don't make that a daily thing... I've actually given up on it for now... 'cause I'm not the type of person that likes writing... but why not try it, if you like it, keep it, if you dont... you can delete it again. (you can make it a private site, for only the people you want in there... or you can have it open for everyone)
Reply:Xanga is awesome! I have xanga.

Mine is http://www.xanga.com/ch4pter_0ne

Usually its your friends that find your xanga much more interesting because they know you.

BUT, you can make friends on it too!... answer the featured questions.. and make comments!!
Reply:It's a blog site. Everybody can read what you write. You just talk and people with no lives or people that are really interested in you read it. Stalkers go on it a lot to read up on peoples days.
